    Equipment needs refurbishing. But all necessary machines, benches, and dumblers heavy enough even for real bodybuilders. Funny cruising atmosphere upstairs. Useful food-fridge for to have proper meal inmediatelly after training. All very helpfull with any troubles or questions. And please, remove that windy fans. Aircon. is good enough itself, and that highspeed fans/ventilators make heavy training dangerousfor joints.

    Ok gym, way overpriced, charge for a locker and a towel and a guest pass. Save your money and go to a crossfit class or private trainer instead. Fitness first on oxford street is much nicer as a facility too.

    Stafd is super friendly. Multiple workout areas. Classes included. Perfect for travelers too. I wish I had this gym back home.

    It is a good gym but the opening and closing HOURS ARE now AWKWARD. A lot of people originally signed up because of the gym's ADVERTISED and PUBLICISED convenient hours. YOU HAVE now REDUCED ALL THE OPENING HOURS over a couple of years WITHOUT informing customers. It is NOT GOOD Behaviour. At least UP-DATE this GOOGLE page with the CURRENT HOURS instead of a photocopy sign you can only see once inside??? Regards Rob
