  Nadine is an absolute expert. She was inquisitive about my hair's history, the products I use often, and how much effort I wanted to put into styling every day. After listening carefully to my preferences, she made me feel at ease, and I left with a much-needed updated hairstyle! I was surprised that she made the effort to have that conversation with me at the start of my appointment, but I've forgotten how true professionals take the time to get to know their clients.

  I made the huge decision to stop colouring my hair & go naturally grey. I searched for a salon to help me through the process. Not only was I so lucky to find Lily Jackson but to also have Sam as my stylist. Perfect match. Sam is amazing, she offers great advice & always ensures that I leave the salon with fabulous hair - so much so that I often receive compliments & people asking where I get my hair done. Sam is incredibly professional, friendly & honest with what I need. Thank you so much, I always look forward to my next appointment. I have to also mention how wonderful the wash & hair products are, very luxurious.

  I have been going to Lily Jackson's for over a year now. I really enjoy both the vibe of the salon and Sam Jupp. She is an absolutely fabulous stylist - excellent cuts, colour and chats. Highly recommend.

  Got my hair changed from brown to black today. Trish was the person who looked after me today. She was funny, intelligent and very comforting. She knows exactly what will look good on you and what will look bad. In the end I went along with Trish's opinion on what would look good and she wasn't wrong...it was the perfect opinion and decision. I would go back anytime and any day to get it done all over again.

  They were not at all pushy but very attentive and helpful, took time to explain and what is best for your hair and how to achieve your target .......with care ( you won't find short cuts here!)

  The rest of the staff were also very nice. They made sure everyone was okay, relaxed and extremely comfortable. Very nice place. I recommend it to locals and even travellers. You will not be disappointed.
