  My wife threw a party for her recently wed best friend and a few others in the bridal party. Horrid service as they came out feeling ripped off. They did the service super slow and charged everyone extra hours which is higher than the original quote due to the staff taking more time to finish the work.

  They try and be jack of all trades. Which is fine. However they really are a master of nothing and the service quality is sub par.

  Absolutely a rip off. Booked a couples hot stone package for my bf's birthday and had to apologise to my boyfriend after as I was embarrassed by what they had offered. First of all there was no parking available, the area is surrounded by 1 hr parking from 8am to midnight - our service was 2 hrs long. I had no choice but to suck up a parking fine. We walked in and was told to sit away from a table that had champagne and cupcakes where I had specifically requested champagne and cupcakes for celebration purposes. To cut things short, the spa was disgusting it was small, not aromatic, just plain hot water, there was hair stuck on the plug and was not relaxing what so ever felt like we popped in someone elses bath. The massage was horrible, I had told them my points of pain and no attention or pressure was given to those areas. She spent half the hour going to get the stones and walking around. The oil was cheap and nasty smelt like baby oil. The sheets were disgusting on the massage table, and the table was too hard and uncomfortable. The facial was just a basic clean, exfoliation and application of moisturiser- hard to refer to it as a moisturiser. Overall waste of money, waste of time. Couldn't wait to get home and wash the smelly oil off me.

  Wonderful experience was bought a gift receipt for my birthday for a massage and facial. Very professionally experience and took into account everything I wanted. Staff and atmosphere very soothing. Well definately be returning!

  This is disgusting. When you orovide a service it should provided. When you quote a price that should be honored.

  This business is a very well established spa in Darlinghurst Rd. They offer a full range of spa services including body wraps, scrubs, facial, Vichy showers, massage and makeup service.
